About the Creator

Anthony Bedford writes survival thrillers shaped by more than Thirty plus years underwater. A PADI-certified scuba instructor with over three thousand logged dives and more than five hundred fifty certified students, he brings the same respect for consequence and calm under pressure to the page that decades of cold-water diving demanded of him in practice.

Before launching his writing career, Anthony spent thirty years as a software systems consultant, work that eventually led him to design, develop and create AuthorLoft.com, a platform built to help independent authors host, promote and sell direct to their readers. He's also a U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a meteorologist, and a certified private pilot, both backgrounds that show up in his fiction as an instinct for procedure, risk, and a physical world that does exactly what it's going to do regardless of a character's plans.

Raised in California and trained in cold-water diving conditions, Bedford has dived coastlines, kelp forests, and offshore sites around the world. That experience shapes a writing style built on realism and restraint: preparation matters, mistakes carry consequences, and in his books, nature, not heroics, is the real antagonist.
